描述
CTC通常由細胞角蛋白染色鑒定。然而,鑒于一些CTC在上皮 - 間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化(EMT)期間可能失去細胞角蛋白的現(xiàn)實,Cyligen提供了額外的EpCAM染色以幫助增加對CTC檢測的敏感性。
